Premier's Reading Challenge is almost completed for the year

In this post I am sharing some important points from the NSW Premier, Barry 
O'Farrell MP, to  highlight the value  of completing this challenge:"With the Reading 


Challenge students are able to choose from an extensive and exciting list of books that 
offer all kinds of fiction and non-fiction reading adventures.

In making your choices, I urge all of you to read as widely as possible. Explore the different categories and discover new treasures to enrich your reading experience.
Through books you will acquire knowledge, develop your  imagination and improve your mind."

Woolworths Earn and Learn  

From now to September 18^th 2011, we receive 1 Woolworths Earn & Learn point for every $10 you spend in store.When the program ends schools redeem points against a choice of more than 7,000 educational resources. Points will automatically appear on your shopping dockets, which you simply take to your school. Schools can then collect and upload their points. Have some questions? Check the FAQs.  You can get your neighbours and family members to give your shopping dockets with points to our school. Woolworths Earn & Learn are not open to Childcare Centres, Playgroups, Pre-schools or Family day-care so this is the chance to help your local Primary school.
